Role Summary & Purpose
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to join our Residential Landscape Contractor (RLC) Equipment Sales Team, based at our VIC site in Braeside.

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, RLC Equipment, this role works closely with an established specialised dealer network throughout Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia. This involves developing market opportunities, optimizing product sales and increasing market share.

Other Key Responsibilities:
• Implementing and maintaining sales programs for the Dealer Network utilizing a CRM
• Analysis of individual dealer sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth
• Managing a sales call cycle for the region to ensure targeted sales growth and support to dealers
• Proving training and information on new products, sales strategies, and industry trends
• Assisting dealers in local advertising / promotions and support of Field Days and Trade Shows

Requirements:
• Exceptional and proven sales skills, preferably in an equipment environment
• High energy levels with a ‘can do’ attitude and results driven focus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers at all levels
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent PC skills are essential. Proven experience in a similar environment will be highly regarded. Regular interstate and intrastate travel is required, including trailer towing competence.
