The AGCSA wishes to extend a big thank you to all delegates, trade representatives, presenters and principal sponsors for making the recent 31st Australian Turfgrass Conference and Trade Exhibition such a success. Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley just outside of Cessnock, NSW proved to be a fantastic venue with around 600 industry practitioners making the effort to attend across the week in various capacities.
A full wrap of the 2015 conference appears in the July-August 2015 edition (Volume 17.4) of Australian Turfgrass Management Journal, but suffice to say the 248 fully registered and day delegates enjoyed a very rounded education programme that featured not only a good number of overseas presenters but numerous local and interstate experts. The AGCSA is indebted to the following 2015 principal sponsors...
At the conclusion of the Hunter Valley conference it was announced that the 32nd Australian Turfgrass Conference and Trade Exhibition will return to Melbourne from 19-24 June 2016. In a change from past conferences in Melbourne, the Crown Palladium will play host for the week. Further details regarding the 2016 conference will be made available through the AGCSA website and in The Cut as they come to hand.
