Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be made directly, in writing to the AGCSA.

  • A full refund less $190.00 cancellation fee will apply to cancellation made prior to 1 May 2017.  50% cancellation fee will then apply until 31 May 2017.  No refunds will be payable after this date.

  • Substitute names will be accepted. Transferring a delegate with another colleague is welcome at no additional cost, with prior notification to AGCSA.S

  • Non-AGCSA members substituting with AGCSA members will incur the registration fee balance.

  • No refunds will be issued until after the conference.
