Experienced Greenkeeper

My name is Christian O'Sullivan and I am a golf course manager from Ireland with a lot of experience in greenkeeping, course construction and landscaping. I have just returned from working at Agesta Golf Club in Sweden in the Stockholm area as their golf course manager, working there on a contract basis. I have worked with Hawtree Designs in Lahinch Golf Club, Ireland with a construction company, as a finishing foreman over a 25 man team and site of works and machinery.

I have experience in personnel management, work programmes and health and safety and experience in on site training of staff of different nationalities and budgets. I have also worked in Germany before and have worked on different types of courses and different types of weather conditions. I am a good team player but also can control a team of staff.

I am a very keen golfer playing off a single figure handicap. I also have a lot of experience with driving many different types of equipment and maintenance of same and irrigation systems. I am very keen on good presentation of a golf course as I have worked on courses that have held major competitions.
