Queensland Golf Industry Awards
The GCSAQ will hold the Queensland Golf Industry Awards (Venue TBC) on 13 March 2012
The GCSAQ will hand out four awards on the night – Superintendent Achievement Award, Bayer Superintendent Environmental Award, Industry Recognition Awards and Turf Apprentice of the Year.

2011 Northern NSW Groundstaff Golf Day - Byron Bay GC
The 2011 Northern NSW Groundstaff Golf Day will be held at Shaun Cross’s Byron Bay Golf Club on Friday 29 July. Format for the day is a BBQ at 10.30am followed by a nine-hole golf competition. The extreme weather conditions in Australia in 2011 caused substantial damage to infrastructure and equipment at many Queensland and Victorian golf clubs.

Golf Queensland seeking flood damage information
Following the devastating floods which have left a trail of destruction in Queensland, Golf Queensland is conducting a survey to assess the damage and impact these floods have had on the state's golf clubs. By completing this survey, Golf Queensland can determine which direction to take in order to better assist those clubs affected.
