AGCSA Awards

Every year the AGCSA rewards excellence in the golf course maintenance industry at its awards ceremony held during the Australian Turfgrass Conference (click on the individual awards below to find out more about the nomination process and past winners). The AGCSA Awards represent the ultimate in recognition for members of the industry and in turn provides the perfect opportunity for the industry to collectively honour its outstanding achievers. The awards handed out are:

2011 AGCSA Awards 

The 2011 AGCSA Awards were presented during the 27th Australian Turgfrass Conference in Adelaide and the AGCSA would like to congratulate the following recipients:

2011 AGCSA Distinguished Service Award: Phil Ford (University of Ballarat, VIC) and Frank Dempsey (NSI Ryde TAFE, NSW) 

2011 Claude Crockford Environmental Award: Troy MacLaren (Kabi Organic Golf Course, QLD) 

2011 AGCSA Excellence in Golf Course Management Award: Colin Morrison (Flinders Golf Club, VIC) 

2011 AGCSA Graduate of the Year Award: Dan Oswin (Novotel Forest Resort, VIC)
